Pacson Music School, based in Brussels, is a creative hub for students of all ages who want to explore and master music. Founded by Steffi Pacson, professional singer, producer, and finalist on The Voice Belgium Season 5, the school is built on the belief that music education should be more than technical training — it should be an empowering journey of creativity, confidence, and self-discovery.

At Pacson Music School, lessons are highly personalized to each student’s goals. Every student receives a structured plan of action designed to guarantee progress and success. By following this roadmap, students not only build musical skill, but also develop confidence through visually tracking their growth on paper. This process helps them cultivate self-awareness, appreciate their own journey, and recognize how far they’ve come.

Meet the Team

  • Founder of Pacson Music School, Steffi Pacson is a Filipino-American musician, vocal coach, and educator based in Brussels. With degrees in Piano Performance (Adelphi University, NY) and Audio Engineering (SAE Institute, NY), as well as experience on The Voice Belgium, she combines classical training with contemporary expertise. Steffi’s mission is to help students build skill, confidence, and creativity through personalized and inspiring music education.
