Meet Steffi – Vocal, Piano & Music Theory Teacher
Steffi Pacson is the founder of Pacson Music School, as well as a vocal, piano, and music theory teacher dedicated to helping students connect deeply with themselves through music. Her musical journey began early, inspired by the emotional power of singing — from hearing Céline Dion’s My Heart Will Go On to performing Could I Have This Dance by Anne Murray, experiences that sparked her love for voice, performance, and expression.
Seeking musical independence and a deeper understanding of her craft, Steffi pursued a piano performance major with a concentration in classical piano degree at Adelphi University in New York, graduating with honor distinction. Shortly after she earned a degree in Audio Engineering at SAE Institute of Technology in New York City. All the while, while being an active member in the Nashville Songwriter Association and the New York Songwriting Circle, where she honed her craft as a songwriter. After her studies, she performed internationally in New York, London, Luxembourg, and Belgium, eventually settling in Brussels.
Alongside her artistic path, Steffi discovered a strong calling to teach. Her desire to use music as a tool for personal growth led to the creation of the Pacson Method — an approach that blends vocal and piano training with elements of body awareness, movement, mindset, yoga, theatre, and performance. This method forms the foundation of Pacson Music School and reflects Steffi’s belief that music learning should happen in a safe, supportive, and accepting environment.
At Pacson Music School, Steffi’s teaching focuses on the relationship between the body and sound. Whether working with voice or piano, she emphasizes posture, breath, awareness, and mindset as essential elements in shaping tone and expression. In parallel, she places great importance on music theory, helping students understand how music works so they can create with confidence, intention, and freedom.
